Bean to bar chocolate tasting tip ~
Let the solid chocolate warm slightly in your hand. Place in your mouth, resting it on your tongue, touching the roof of your mouth. Slowly breathe in and out through your nose and let the chocolate begin to melt. Take a moment to let the flavor notes reveal themselves, and then as you breathe through your nose, slowly consume your chocolate. Each box of chocolates is packaged in a hard sided, 2-piece candy box with a tray to hold the chocolates and a paper cushion directly placed on top of the chocolate, with a satin ribbon bow on the top of the box. Products are made in a certified Cottage Kitchen that also uses tree nuts and peanuts, gluten, dairy and coconut.
